摘要
用荧光分光光度法测定药品中小檗碱含量,荧光检测波长,Ex=360nm,Em=414nm,工作曲线线性范围0.832～3.328mg/mL.实验选用两种药品测定其含量,在盐酸小檗碱片中回收率为98.37%(RSD=0.3%),在复方黄连素片为98.04%(RSD=0.5%).
To determine the berberine hydrochloride by Fluorescence spectrophotometry, using detection wavelength of Ex = 360nm, Em= 414nm, the standard curve was linear within 0. 832 ～ 3.328 mg/ml. The recovery of berberine hydrochloride rate in Berberine hydrochloride tablets was 98.37%, RSD = 0. 3% ; in Berberine hydrochloride tablets was 98.04%, RSD =0. 5%.
