摘要
宗教信仰自由是国际人权公约规定的一项基本人权。它主要包括两个内容:一是个人思想信仰绝对自由,二是表现在实践层面上的宗教活动相对自由。宗教信仰自由正是权利与义务相统一的完整体系。
The freedom of religious belief is the basic right which has been stipulated by the international human right treaty . It includes two contents ：1 ） the ideological belief is absolutely free ;2） the religious activities in practical level are relatively free. The freedom of religious belief is just the unity of right and obligation.
