摘要
在数字信息环境下,面对数字化生存的考验,高校图书馆应建设学习型图书馆,宜改制度加控制的规范管理为学习加激励的柔性管理,建立学习机制、激励机制、质疑机制和创新机制等四大管理机制,促使图书馆事业和图书馆员共同实现可持续发展。
Under the environment of digital information, the test of surviving in the face of digitization, university library should build the studying type library, should change the standardized management of control with rules to the flexible management system of learning with encouragement, and set up four major mechanisms for management: studying mechanism, incentive mechanism, querying mechanism and innovative mechanism etc. so as to prompt the cause of library and librarian to jointly realize sustainable development.
