摘要
目的观察乌红天麻种麻对小鼠的镇痛作用及其与剂量的关系。方法采用热板法和扭体法,测定小鼠热板致痛的痛阈值;记录小鼠出现扭体反应的潜伏期,观察15min,并以此作为痛阀值。结果乌红天麻种麻可显著提高小鼠的痛阈值和延长扭体反应的潜伏期,且呈剂量依赖性。结论乌红天麻种麻有明显的镇痛作用。
Objective To observe the analgesia action of WHGS in mice and the relation between the action and dose. Method use the method of hot plate and turning round the body to determine the threshold of pain. Result WHGS can increase the threshold of pain markedly in mice and the action depends on its dose. Conclusion WHGS has obvious analgesia action.
