阴茎海绵体注射血管活性药和海绵体造影检查在外伤性勃起功能障碍司法鉴定中的应用

Application of Intracavernous Vasoactive Medicine and Cavernosography Traumatic Erectile Dysfunction in Judical Authentication

目的探讨阴茎海绵体注射血管活性药和海绵体造影在外伤性阴茎勃起功能障碍的司法鉴定中的应用价值。方法对32例自诉外伤后发生勃起功能障碍进行阴茎海绵体注射血管活性药和海绵体造影,同时还进行了 IIEF-5评分,性激素测定及阴茎夜间勃起试验。结果注射罂粟碱后,阴茎能勃起者28例,其中达到充分勃起者 24例,4例注射后无反应,海绵体造影有4例显示静脉漏,IIEF-5评分平均6．8分。结论阴茎海绵体注射血管活性药和海绵体造影用于外伤性阴茎勃起功能障碍的司法鉴定是一种较为客观、公正的方法。

Objective To evaluate the role of intracavernous vasoactive medicine and cavernosography in traumatic erectile dysfunction in judical authentication. Methods Intracavernous vasoactive medicine and cavernosography was made in 32 cases with traumatic erectile dysfunction, meanwhile the IIEF -5, the level of sexual hormones and nocturnal penile tumescence were assessed. Results 28 of 32 cases could erect after intracavernous papaverine, especially 24 cases could achieve sufficient tumescence, only 4 cases had non -tumescence, 4 cases showed venous drainage through cavernosography. The average score of IIEF -5 was 6. 8. Conclusion Intracavernous vasoactive medicine and cavernosography is objective in judging traumatic erectile dysfunction in judical authentication.
