P43基因在白血病患者弓形虫感染诊断中的应用 被引量:2

摘要 目的建立快速、特异、敏感诊断白血病患者弓形虫感染情况的DNA检测方法,并分析其临床意义。方法利用ELISA和PCR方法对46例白血病及20名正常人同时进行检测。结果检测白血病40例,PCR和ELISA方法检测弓形虫P43基因片段和其抗原,阳性各为8例及6例,其阳性率分别为17.4%和13.1%。作为阴性对照的20名正常者同时进行弓形虫的检测,其结果均为阴性。结论体外扩增弓形虫P43基因的方法具有准确、快速、特异和敏感的优点,可以作为白血病患者弓形虫感染诊断的有价值的方法之一。 Objective: To establish rapid, specific and sensitive diagnostic technique for the human Toxoplasma gondii infection with leukemia and discuss its clinical significance. Methods:,46 patients of leukemia were detected with ELISA and PCR. Results:Among 46,6 were positive for Toxoplasma gondii antigen,8 were positive based on the PCR. The positive rate were 13.1% and 17.4% in the ELISA and PCR screening respectively. 20 healthy people (anti-Tox antibody negative)were also tested with ELISA and PCR. Conclusion:PCR is an accurate ,relatively rapid ,sensitive and specific method for detecting P43 gene of Toxoplasma gondii,and can be considered a valuable additional tool for identification of Toxoplasma. gondii infections.
