艾灸对实验性类风湿性关节炎家兔关节滑膜液MMP-3、TIMP-1含量的影响 被引量：18

摘要 目的观察艾灸对实验性类风湿性关节炎(RA)家兔滑膜细胞分泌基质金属蛋白酶-3(MMP-3)、基质金属蛋白酶抑制物-1(TIMP-1)的影响,探索灸法治疗类风湿性关节炎的作用机理。方法以佐剂性关节炎(AA)作为RA疾病模型,艾灸RA模型家兔双侧“肾俞”穴,运用ELISA双抗夹心法测定滑膜液MMP-3、TIMP-1含量。结果RA模型组滑膜液中MMP-3、TIMP-1含量显著高于空白对照组(P<0.05,P<0.01);艾灸治疗组滑膜液中MMP-3含量低于RA模型组无显著性差异(P>0.05),TIMP-1含量明显低于RA模型组(P<0.05)。结论艾灸对滑膜细胞分泌MMP-3、TIMP-1有良性调整作用。
