摘要
目的建立心迪软胶囊的质量标准.方法采用高效液相色谱法对心迪软胶囊中的槲皮素、山柰素和异鼠李素同时进行含量测定: Diamonsil (钻石) C18 (250 mm×4.6 mm,5 μm),乙腈-水-磷酸(30∶70∶0.1)为流动相,流速1 mL/min,检测波长370 nm,柱温40℃.结果槲皮素在0.4118~1.6475 μg的范围内线性关系良好,r=0.9998, 平均回收率为96.81%,RSD为0.92%(n=6);山柰素在0.0208~0.0832 μg的范围内线性关系良好,r=0.9998,平均回收率为96.92%,RSD为2.02%(n=6);异鼠李素在0.1829~0.7316 μg的范围内线性关系良好,r=0.9999,平均回收率为97.06%,RSD为1.63%(n=6).结论高效液相色谱法简便、灵敏、准确,能有效地控制心迪软胶囊的质量.
Objective:To establish the quality control standard of Xindi soft capsule. Methods: The chromatographic separation was performed on a Diamonsil C18 column(250 mm×4.6 mm, 5μm). Acetonitrile- water- phosphoric(30: 70:0.1) as mobile phase. The flow rate was lmL/min and column temperature was set at 40℃. The UV detection wavelength was set at 370 nm. Results: Quercetin showed a good linear relationship at a range of 0.4118 ~ 1.6475 μg, r = 0. 9998, the average recovery was 96.81%, and RSD was 0.92% (n = 6) . Kaempferol showed a good linear relationship at a range of 0. 0208 ~ 0. 0832 μg, r = 0. 9998, the average recovery was 96.92 %, and RSD was 2.02 % ( n = 6). Isorhamnetin showed a good linear relationship at a range of 0. 1829 ~ 0.7316 μg, r = 0. 9999, the average recovery was 97.06% ,and RSD was 1.63% (n = 6) . Conclusion:The method was rapid, sensitive and accurate, and can be used for quality control of Xindi soft capsule.
