新生儿胰腺的组织学观察

HISTOLOGICAL OBSERVATION OF THE NEWBORN PANCREAS

本文收集12例新生儿胰腺,连续切片,光镜观察。胰腺腺泡细胞呈锥体形,在不同部位腺泡细胞所含酶原颗粒数量不等。胰岛大小不一,染色较深。在胰腺中结缔组织较多,有成群或散在分布的淋巴细胞。

In this paper 12 pancreas specimens of the newborn were studied, More connective tissues were observed in the newborn pancreas than in the adult. The quantity of zymogenpranule in the same specimen is different in acini cells of each lobule. There are a large number of pancreas islets in the whole gland parenchyma, the cells of which are small and deep dyeing. The diameter of pancreas islet is between 25 and 297um. The distribution of lymphocytes were scattered or clustered in the whole pancreas. The results demonstrate that newborn pancreas have been in childish stage.
