鼻咽癌病人放疗前鼻黏液纤毛系统输送功能状况的研究 被引量:1

摘要 目的探讨鼻咽癌(Nasopharyngeal Carcinoma,NPC)病人放疗前的鼻黏液纤毛系统输送功能的状况,并了解T分期及影像学上的鼻窦炎性改变对其输送功能有无影响。方法采用改良糖精实验法测量43例NPC病人(NPC组)放疗前及30例未患鼻及鼻咽部疾病的正常病人(对照组)的鼻黏液纤毛清除率(Mucociliarytransport rate,MTR)。43例NPC病人根据放疗前CT或MRI的影像检查结果又分为不伴鼻窦炎性改变的鼻窦正常组(18例),伴鼻窦炎性改变的鼻窦异常组(25例)。结果43例NPC病人与30例正常对照组相比,鼻黏液纤毛清除率的差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);43例NPC病人中,25例影像学显示有鼻窦炎性改变的病人与18例无鼻窦炎性改变的病人之间相比、4 3例NPC病人不同T分期之间两两相比,鼻黏液纤毛清除率的差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);不同T分期病人分别与对照组相比,鼻黏液纤毛清除率的差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论放疗前的NPC病人的鼻黏液纤毛清除率无明显异常改变,影像学上的鼻窦炎性改变对其鼻黏液纤毛清除率没有影响。 Objective To detect nasal mucociliary transport rate (MTR) in nasopharyngeal carcinoma (NPC) patients before radiotherapy. Methods MTR was measured in 43 untreated NPC patients (25 patients with and 18 patients without paranasal sinusitis) and 30 control patients without nasal and nasopharyngeal diseases by a modified saccharin method . Results There were no significant differences of mean MTR value between NPC and controls ( P 〉0.05), between NPC patients with and those without paranasal sinusitis ( P 〉0.05), and among NPC patients with different tumor stages (P 〉 0.05 ). Conclusion The nasal mucociliary clearance in NPC patients before radiotherapy is almost the same as that in non-NPC patients, and paranasal sinusitis indicated by CT or MRI has no affect on the nasal mucociliary clearance in NPC patients.
