摘要 介绍利用醇盐水解制取透明、流动性好的铝、硅单组分溶胶及其。组分混合溶胶.重点研究水的初温、解胶剂种类及用量对异丙醇铝[Al(OPri)3]解胶时间和铝溶胶特性的影响,并比较了不同催化剂种类及用量下正硅酸乙酯(TEOS)水解后溶胶特性.研究表明,利用HAC分别作铝溶胶的解胶剂和硅溶胶的催化剂,可以较大地缩短解胶时间,制备出澄清透明,稳定性好的铝、硅单溶胶及混合性好、组分均匀的Al2O3-SiO2二组分溶胶,该溶胶在1000℃下热处理1h可以莫来石化. in this paper, the effect of the primary temperature of water, different peptization agents, peptizing time on the properties of Al2O3 sol are studied and the effects on the properties of SiO_2sol with different catalysts are also compared.From the experimental results, the suitable process, by which monocomponent sols of Al2O3 and SiO2 with high clearness, low viscosity and good stability can be obtained by hydrolysis-peptization of Al(OPr)3, and the hydrolysis of TEOS for a shorter time (<1h), are determined. The mixed sol having a ratio of 3 Al2O3/2 SiO2 has good transparency and fluidity. The Al2O3-SiO2 sol,coated on the surface of SiC particles, can be mulliteized during calcining at 1 000 ℃for 1h.
