This paper introduces the reason and purpose of U. S. dollar＇s interest raising firstly, then from the point of American domestic monetary, it analyzes the transmiting mechanism of U. S. dollars interest raising to the exchange rate of RMB through the international financial market. Based on the preceding conclusion, it also discusses the impact from the U.S. dollar＇s interest increasing to Chinese economy.
