It illustrates how to train nursing students before practice so as to improve graduate practice effect. Moreover, nursing students can get adapted to nurse service as soon as possible which will lay the good groundwork for future. It proposes training contents and methods of pre-graduate practice including intensive training on medical ethics, laws and regulations, practical and technical skill, self-protection, as well as how to avoid and reduce medical treatment issue.
