Morphologic Observation Of Vulture

为了了解秃鹫的形态学的特点和进一步研究秃鹫的生理学特点,提供形态学依据,应用解剖学方法、普通观察法及测量方法对秃鹫标本进行了观察与测量。结果表明:秃鹫体形庞大,被毛黑色,鼻孔圆形,头被绒羽,颈部靠近头部的部分为污白色皮褶形成的皱领。趾为不等趾,强而有力,翼展宽大,飞翼强大,具有极强的飞行能力。

In order to understand the morphologic characteristics of vulture and study its physiology characteristic to provide morphologic reference, this author observes and measures vulture exemplar using anatomy method, common observation method and measuring method. The observation results show that vulture has huge body, black woolfleece, circle nares, epicranium quill - coverts. There is white skin fold ruff at cervix near head. Its toe is strong unequal toe. It has wide wingspan and strong flying wing so it is of superpower flyability.
