摘要
在醋酸－α－萘酯测定酯酶总活力方法的基础上，增加醋酸－β－萘酯，两种底物以２：１混合，以聚乙烯吡咯啉酮为底物乳液的稳定剂，研究了稳定剂用量及底物、产物的稀释稳定性条件，建立了一种用混合底物测多种形式酯酶总活力的新方法．
After the manner assays of the esterase total activity with naphthol-α-acetate as substrate, addion naphthol-β-acetate, α-NA: β-NA=2:1 (moles),mix and by which means polyrinyl pyrrolindone as stabilizer of the substrates emulsion. The stabilizer in use quantity and the condition of dilution stability of the mixed substrates and produets emulsion were investigated. A new method which assays of the total activity with multiple forms esterase was constituted. Using this mothod, we measured total activity of esterase in several samples, and got the satisfactory results.
