According to the science of new history laws, one-man company tallies with the aspiration and interest which the science of new history laws reflects echo spirits. It will reflect the necessay flexibility which can promote the development of economics and society, and offers wider and happier enviroment for one-man creator. So setting up one-man companies is not only essential, but also supported by much theory of the science of law.
