摘要
马氏罗(A.H.M also)认为人类的多种需要分为生理、安全、社交、自尊和自我实现的需要五个层级,这五种需要由低到高依次排列。教职工通过正常的工资收入,在生理、安全、社交三个方面的需要已基本能得到满足,而自尊和自我实现的需要必须通过象岗位津贴这种有效激励制度来满足。马氏罗的层次需要理论为高校岗位津贴制度的设计提供了理论基础,在实践中也能较好地得到运用。
A. H. Maslo thinks that people＇ s demand consist of psychology demand, security demand, society communication demand, self-esteem demand and self-expression demand. These demands range from low level to high level. All staffs can be satisfied with the first three demands by earning normal wages. In order to let staffs satisfy with the last two demands, universities must execute Job subsidies system according to the Theory of the Malso＇ s Level Demand. The Malso＇ s level demand theory has not only provided university Job Subsidies System with good theoretical base, but also can be made full use of in practice.
