教师的劳动具有脑力劳动、超时空性劳动、创造性劳动、奉献型劳动、教学相长的特点。教师的劳动繁重、复杂、艰辛、高尚。教师的劳动应得到社会的进一步的承认和尊重。随着全面建设小康社会目标的逐步实现,教师的待遇应不断得到改善。

Teachers ＇ labor is characterized by brain work without limitation of time-and space, creativity, devotion, and development while teaching. Teachers ＇ labor is hard, tired, complex and lofty, so it deserves more respects and admirations from the whole society. With the coming of a better-off society, teachers ＇ payment should be improved.
