Briefly on Teaching Administration in the Art Depart. Of Higher Education

通过对高等院校艺术系(院)教学管理的基本内容、基本特征以及存在问题的分析,提出提高艺术系(院)教学管理必须转变传统观念,提高对艺术系(院)教学管理工作的认识;注重艺术教学管理人员队伍建设和综合素质培养;完善激励机制,建立科学、有效的具有特色艺术系(院)教学管理工作评价体系;发挥教学秘书在系(院)教学管理中的作用;加强艺术系(院)现代化教学管理手段的建设等措施。

Through explaining he contents, features and existing problems in art department of the college , the author proposes changing concepts , learning deeper about the administration , paying more attention to bringing up administration personnel with comprehensive high quality , establishing a scientific evaluation system with some characteristics in art department while improving the rewarding system , exerting the function of teaching secretary to the full, so as to make the administration in art department of higher education more modernized.
