教学档案是学校师生在教学活动中形成,真实地记录和反映了学校整个教学活动,是教师们辛勤劳动的智慧和结晶,也是学校的宝贵财富。在信息技术高度发展的今天,如何做好档案的收集工作,在收集齐全的基础上开发利用好教学档案信息资源,以促进教学工作及档案工作的共同发展。分析了现状教学档案收集难的原因,提出了从几个方面:宣传工作到位;建立健全各项规章制度;加强指导、检查;提高档案员素质等改进教学档案收集工作。

Teaching Portfolio, the precious fruit of labor and intelligence, the fortune of the whole school, comes from teaching activity, and it is the record of the real activities in school. At the information age, to carry on the collection of teaching portfolio and make use of this source can propel the development of both teaching and filing work. Here the author proposes suggestions through analyzing the problems in collecting the portfolio ： to activate teachers; to build up perfect system; to reinforce the guiding and checking; to improve the quality of file workers.
