摘要
新形势下公安机关必须对警力资源进行合理的配置。警力资源合理配置是推进公安工作的需要,是提高公安机关警务效率的需要,是解决当前警力不足、财力支持有限问题的需要,是公安机关进行机制创新有益探索的需要。警力资源合理配置的重点问题是要努力做到警力下沉、警务前移。警力资源合理配置的保障是要建立一套科学合理的保障机制。
Public security organs must allocate police force resource reasonably in new situation. The reasonable allocation of police force resource is necessary for improving public security work, for increasing the efficiency of public security affairs, for solving the lack of police forces and limited financial support, for making active research on system innovation. The key problem in reasonable allocation of police force resource is to put police force under and police affairs forward. The assurance for it is to establish a set of scientific and reasonable assurance system.
