摘要
《详情公案》展示了明代司法实践的诸多方面,如起诉制度、受理制度、审判制度、结案制度等,较全面反映了明代司法制度的情况和特点。《详情公案》表明明代的法律制度已相当完备,并且深入人心。其沿用前代的诉讼程序已经具备现代诉讼程序的基本雏形。
〈Xiang Qing Gong An〉 shows many aspects of Ming Dynasty＇s judicial practice： lawsuit system, taking up system,judicial system, settling a lawsuit system and so on. It presents the state and features of Ming Dynasty＇s judicial system comprehensively. 〈Xiang Qing Gong An〉 shows that the legal system in Ming Dynasty was very perfect and stroke root in the hearts of people. The lawsuit procedure which adopted former dynasty＇s has the embryonic form of modem lawsuit procedure.
