抗战时期,是中国共产党在各方面走向成熟的时期。随着敌后抗战的开展和抗日民主根据地的建立和扩大,中国共产党局部执政的理论与实践达到了较为完备的形态,不仅为战胜日本侵略者、夺取抗日战争的最后胜利作出了巨大贡献,而且为后来党在全国的执政做了重要的准备,对我们今天加强党的执政能力建设也有重要借鉴。

During the Anti-Japanese War, the Communist Party ot China advanced towards maturity in every aspect. With the development of the war in the rear and the building and enlargement of Anti-Japanese bases,the theory and practice of the CPC in power in some areas reached a complete form. This not only made a great contribution to the last victory of the Anti-Japanese War, but also prepared for the CPC to be in power in all of the country later on. What＇ s more, the important experience remains precious for strengthening the ability of the CPC in power today.
