When political and cultural globalization comes after the economical one, dialogs and commu- nications between different culture systems and, as a result, those systems＇ conformity and reconstruction will bring about some cultural patterns which will be commonly followed by all nations in the world. The author expatiates the significance of the research on cross-cultural communication rules when the times of globalization is coming, analyzes the connotation of the cross-cultural communication ability and puts forward the approach to obtain it.
