摘要
目的:探讨雌激素受体亚型(ERα、ERβ)、雌激素调节蛋白(pS2)在子宫内膜异位症(edometriosis,EM)组织中的表达及其在子宫内膜异位症发生和治疗中的意义。方法:采用免疫组织化学链霉菌抗生物素蛋白-过氧化酶连接法(SP法)检测子宫内膜异位症异位内膜67例、在位内膜53例及正常内膜32例ERα、ERβ、pS2蛋白的表达。结果:(1)ERα、ERβ表达:异位子宫内膜组阳性表达率及表达强度低于正常子宫内膜组和在位子宫内膜组(P<0.01);(2)pS2表达:在位子宫内膜组阳性表达率高于异位子宫内膜组及正常子宫内膜组(P<0.01);(3)ERα、ERβ、pS2在卵巢巧克力囊肿的表达较紫蓝色结节中增强(P<0.05)。结论:ERα、ERβ、pS2在子宫内膜异位症组织的表达密切相关其异常表达可能在子宫内膜异位症的发生起着重要作用。
Objective: To detect the expression of estrogen receptor α (ERα), estrogen receptorβ (ERβ) and estrogen-induced protein (pS2) in endometriosis. Methods: Immunohistochemical streptavidin-biotin peroxidase (SP) was applied to examine the expressions of the ERα,ERβ,pS2 in 23 normal, 53 eutopic and 67 ectopic endometrial tissues. Results: (1)The expressions of Erαand ERβin ectopic were lower than that in normal and eutopic endometrial tissues. The difference was of significant (P〈0.01). The expression levels of ERα,ERβin ectopic endometrial tissues had no association with menstrual cycle; (2)The expression of pS2 in eutopic was higher than that in normal and ectopic endometrial tissues with a significant difference (P〈0.01). The expression of pS2 in three endometrial tissues had no association with menstrual cycle(P〉0.05); (3)pS2 was strongly associated with the expression of ERαand ERβ protein (P〈0. 05);(4)The expressions of ERα,ERβ,and pS2 were related to the activity of endometrial tissues(P〈0.05) (5)There was no obvious correlation between the stage of endometriosis and their expression levels(P〉0.05). Conclusion: ERα,ERβ, and pS2 are associated each other and play important roles in the development of endometriosis.
