摘要
目的:观察吡柔比星灌注预防膀胱癌术后复发的疗效.方法:术后5年内用吡柔比星30 mg定期行膀胱灌注.结果:86例患者随访2～5年,复发13例,3年内总复发率为13.8%.结论:吡柔比星膀胱灌注预防膀胱癌术后复发疗效显著,无明显副作用.
objective： To investigate the efficacy of pirarubicin （THP） in preventing bladder tumor recurrence after operation. Methods：Eighty-six patients with bladder tumor were treated with injection of THP 30 mg into their bladders within 5 years after operation. Results： All patients were followed up for 2-5 years. Thirteen patients had tumor recurrence and recurrence rate was 13.8 %. Conclusion： The THP treatment is an effective and safe method to prevent bladder tumor recurrence, and has no apparent side-effects.
