摘要
目的:探讨老年人龋齿根管充填治疗的临床疗效及其影响因素。方法:82例(135颗牙)60岁以上老年龋齿患者采用根管充填治疗。结果:成功率为70.4%。结论:根充质量是影响老年人根管治疗疗效的主要因素,而冠方修复体质量、桩冠修复也有影响。
Objective：To evaluate the therapeutic efficacy of root canal filling and the influence factor in elderly people. Methods： One hundred and thirty five teeth of 82 elderly patients received the root canal therapy over 2 years. The X-ray and clinical examination were offered to investigate the efficacy. Results：The successful rate of root canal therapy was 70.4% Conclusion：The major influence factor of root canal therapy in elderly patjients is the quality of root filling. The coronal restoration and post crown also affect the results of root filling.
