摘要
零团费旅游是一种非正常的旅游接待模式,目前在海南团队旅游中很流行。旅行社的恶性削价竞争和高额回扣是其产生的主要原因。为解决零团费问题,必须加强对旅游市场的管理。切实实行公对公佣金制,以维护地区旅游业的可持续发展。
Zero fee tour package is a kind of abnormal traveling group reception pattern, but it is prevailing in Hainan at present. The malignant price competitions among the travel agencies and great amount of commission from shops are the main reasons. In order to solve this problem, the government must strengthen the management of tourism, and put the commission policy of “shops to travel agencies”into practice, so as to safeguard the sustainable development of regional tourism.
