摘要
运用科学发展观来做好高校的办学定位、上质量、创特色,才能使高校在竞争中生存,在整合中发展,高校要谋求新发展唯有运用科学发展观。
By applying the science development view into seeking the school running orientation, improving quality and creating the characteristics, the university could survive the vigorous competition. The university should develop through integration and seek the new development by involving the science development view.
