基于GIS的车辆导航监控系统研究

Study on Vehicle Navigation and Monitoring System Based on GIS

针对目前公路交通压力逐渐增大,交通阻塞越来越严重,车辆运营效率不高的状况,利用MapInfo地理信息系统二次开发组件MapX,并结合可视化的编程工具VB6.0,采用ComGIS二次开发技术,研制出基于GIS的车辆导航监控系统.该系统以济南市电子地图为例,可进行常用GIS操作,并且实现了交通运输车辆出行最佳路线的分析功能,可实时监控车辆的运行位置,为管理人员提供更科学、更有效、更快捷的决策依据.

In present, traffic jam becomes serious, road operating efficiency is poor. In the paper, a vehicle Navigation and Monitoring System based on GIS is developed, by using MapX, secondary development component of MapInfo, and VB6.0, visual program tool. In the system, best transportation route can be analysed, and the position of vehicle can be monitored based on Jinan electronic map. By the technique, decisions can be made more scientifically and efficiently.
