摘要
建立了环境大气中MTBE活性炭吸附、二硫化碳溶剂解吸的气相色谱测定方法。该方法在最佳色谱条件下,对MTBE有较高的选择性,能达到分离要求;进样1μL时,在2.22ng~148.12ng范围内呈线性关系,回归方程为:Y=9×10-7X~2.51×10-4,相关系数R=0.9999;重现性好,不同浓度的变异系数在2.67%~3.95%之间(<10%);CS2对MTBE的平均解吸效率为96.9%;理论定量检测下限为0.82×10-3μg,即当采样体积为180L时,最低检出浓度为4.50μg/m3;CS2对MTBE的穿透容量大于3.75mg/100g活性炭,并运用该方法对实际环境空气样品进行了测定,结果表明此方法简易可靠,操作简单,重复性好,有实际使用价值。
A method based on gas chromatography following CS2-solvent desorption was established to determine ambient air MTBE sampled by active carbon (AC). This method had high selectivity to MTBE .The linearity with correlation coefficient 0.99999 was found within the range of 2.22ng to 148.12ng with the injection volume 1 μt L and the regression equation was Y=9 ×10^-7X--2.51×10^-4 A good repeatability was also observed and the of variability coefficient ranged from 2.67% to 3.95%(〈10%) under different MTBE concentrations. The average desorption rate was 96.9% and the theoretical quantitative detection limit was 0.82 ×10^-3 μ g, calculated to be 4.50 μ g/m^3 when the sampling volume was 180L. The breakthrough capacity exceeds 3.75mg/100gAC. The method was also utilized for real ambient air MTBE sample and the results indicated that the method was easy, effective and reliable.
