摘要
如何借助薪酬政策维持与增强组织的竞争优势是当前战略人力资源管理领域研究的焦点。本文首先分析薪酬战略的基本理论框架,在此基础上,基于权变视角对薪酬战略与组织经营战略之间的匹配关系进行研究,并进一步探讨了影响薪酬战略及其管理实践的社会和组织因素,从中获得了重要启示。
How to enhance organizational competitive edge through compensation policies is the focus in strategic management of human resources. The theoretic framework of strategic compensation is analyzed firstly. Then the congruence between pay policy and business strategy is studied. The social and organizational factors which influence compensation strategy and its management practices are further discussed and some importanthints are gained from it.
