摘要 随着高新技术企业的蓬勃兴起,作为企业核心竞争力的R&D倍受关注,如何科学的衡量高新技术企业R&D团队绩效自然成为学术界与实业界关切的焦点。本文试从研发类型、研发过程、绩效目标及激励机制四个方面对影响高新技术企业R&D团队绩效测评的因素进行分析,以进一步说明该类绩效测评中应考虑的因素。 By analyzing various factors that affect product repairing after sale, this article demonstrates effective methods to solve problems with a linear plan. It mathematically studies the target of after-sale service and its realistic limit, and illustrates significance for enterprises to make an economic analysis on after-sale service by the established linear plan model.
