目的:探讨肛肠术后更有效的止痛方法。方法:对观察组与对照组临床资料回顾分析。结果:观察组止痛效果优于对照组。结论:骶管注入曲吗多是安全有效的止痛方法。

Objective：To explore a better method in Acesodyne after Anorectal operation. Methods：The clinical data of the observation group and the control group were analyzed retrospectively. Results：The analgesic effect was better in the observation group than in the control group. Conclusion：Tramadol injected sacral canal is safe and effective.
