小剂量低浓度骶管麻醉在肛肠手术中的应用

Study on Application of Caudal Block in Anorectal Operation

目的:寻求适用于肛肠科手术中简便、安全、有效的麻醉方法。方法:提出采用0·75%布比卡因5mL和利多卡因2·5mL,注射用水2·5mL联合应用的小剂量、低浓度的简易骶管麻醉。结果:阻滞完善335例(67%),阻滞不完善140例(28%),麻醉失败25例(5%)。95%麻醉满意和基本满意,无1例由于麻醉引起严重不良反应及并发症,术后尿潴留的发生率明显降低。结论:小剂量低浓度的简易骶管麻醉具有操作简便、安全、可靠的特点,值得在肛肠科手术中推广。

Objective：To explore a convenient, safe and effective anesthesia method for anorectal operation. Methods：Caudal block using low--dose, low concentration of bupivacaine and lidoeaine was used in 500 cases for anoreetal operation. Results; 475 cases （ 95 % ） obtained satisfactory effect. No severe adverse reaction and complications were found. The incidence of retention of urine after operation decreased significantly. Conclusion：This kind of caudal block is convenient, safe and reliable for anorectal operation.
