银杏内酯对大鼠局灶脑缺血再灌注后皮质脑源性神经营养因子(BDNF)表达的影响 被引量:3

摘要 目的观察银杏内酯对大鼠局灶脑缺血再灌注后神经缺失评分、脑梗死体积及皮质BDNF表达的影响,探讨银杏内酯脑保护作用的机制。方法对月龄3个月雄性SD大鼠96只进行随机对照实验研究。将大鼠随机分实验组和对照组,两组再随机分为(TTC)组、免疫组化亚组,各亚组再随机分为再灌注6h,24h和48h组,各组8只。运用神经功能缺失评分、TTC染色及BDNF免疫组化检测等方法进行研究。结果与对照组相比,实验组大鼠神经功能缺损评分低、脑梗塞体积小、BDNF表达增加,显著性(P<0.05)。结论银杏内酯脑保护作用可能与增加BDNF表达有关。 OBJECTIVE To observe the effects of ginkgo lactone on the neurological defect score,the infarct volume and the quantity of apoptoticc neurons Following focal cerebral ischemia-reperfusion in rats explore the neuroprotective mechanisms of ginkgo lactone. METHODS Modified middle cerebral artery occlusion models of transient focal cerebral ischemia were established. All the rats were divided into experimental group and control group. The neurological impairment was evaluated with Neurological Grading Scale. The infarction volume was measured with TTC staining. The expressions of BDNF were measured with immunohistochemical staining. RESULTS Compared to control group, the neurological defect score, the infarct volume and the expression of BDNF were significantly increased in experimental group. CONCLUSION The neuro-protective effects of ginkgo laetone on focal cerebral ischemia-reperfusion in rats may involve in increassing expression of BDNF in cortex neurons.
