摘要
目的建立高效液相色谱法测定盐酸罂粟碱氯化钠注射液中盐酸罂粟碱含量的方法.方法采用 ODS2(250mm×4.6mm,5μm)色谱柱,以甲醇-水-三乙胺(70∶30∶0.001)为流动相,流速1.0ml·min-1,检测波长为238nm.结果盐酸罂粟碱在0.121~0.484μg范围内进样量与峰面积呈良好的线性关系(r=0.99999);平均回收率为99.7%,RSD为0.6%,n=9.结论本方法结果准确,重现性较好.
OBJECTIVE To establish a method for determination content of papaverine hydrochloride in papaverine hydrochlloride and sodium injection by HPLC. METHODS ODS 2column was used and methanol-water-Triethylamine(70 : 30 : 0. 001)was used as mobil phase,the flow rate was 1.0ml · min^-1 ,the detecting wavelength was at 238nm. RESULTS There was a good linear relationship between the concentration of papaverine hydrochloride and peak area within a range of 0. 121-0. 484μg, (r= 0. 99999). The average recover was 99.7% with RSD= 0.6% (n= 9). CONCLUSION The method is highly repeatable and accurate.
