摘要
目的测定颈痹颗粒中葛根素的含量.方法采用高效液相色谱法,以ODS为色谱柱,甲醇-水(25∶75)为流动相,检测波长为250nm.结果颈痹颗粒中葛根素的含量在0.02～0.12μg,线性关系良好(r=0.9998).平均回收率100.37%,RSD=2.87%.结论本方法测定简便、快速,测定结果准确.
OBJECTIVE To determine the content of puerarin in Jingbi Granules. METHODS HPI.C was used. the stationary phase was ODS and the mobile phase was methanol-water （25 ： 75） The UV detection wavelength was 250nm. RESULTS There was good linear relationship within the concentration range of 0.02-0. 12μg of puerarin in Jingbi Granules （r = 0. 9998）. The average recovery was 100.37%, RSD = 2.87%. CONCLUSION This method is simple,fast and accurate.
