摘要 目的建立甲硝唑的荧光分析法.方法采用铁-冰醋酸还原体系,将甲硝唑还原后,在激发波长354nm,发射波长426nm处测定其荧光强度.结果甲硝唑浓度在1.0×10-6mol·L-1~9.0×10-4mol·L-1范围内与其荧光强度呈良好的线性关系,相对标准偏差(RSD)为1.05%,检出限1.75×10-7mol·L-1.结论本法用于片剂、注射液中甲硝唑含量的测定,结果令人满意. OBJECTIVE A fluorescence spectrophotometry for determination of metronidazole in tablets and injection solution was presented. After reduced by Fe-HAc system, reaction products had strong fluorescence characteristics at excitation wavelength 354 nm and emission wavelength 426 nm in water medium. The calibration curve of metroniodazole was linear in the concentration range of 1.0 × 10^-6mol · L^-1-9.0× 10^-4mol · L^-1. The proposed method has been successfully applied to the determination of metronidazole in tablets and injection solution with satisfactory results.
