反相高效液相色谱法测定藿香正气胶囊中厚朴酚及和厚朴酚的含量

Determination of Magnolol and Honokinol in Huoxiangzhengqi Capsules by RP-HPLC

目的建立藿香正气胶囊中厚朴酚及和厚朴酚的含量测定方法。方法反相高效液相色谱法测定藿香正气胶囊中厚朴酚及和厚朴酚的含量。选用ODS hypersilC-18反相色谱柱:以甲醇-乙腈-水(5∶2∶4)为流动相;检测波长294nm。结果此方法线性关系良好(r=1.000),平均回收率99.95%。结论此方法简便,快速,准确,可用于藿香正气胶囊中厚朴酚及和厚朴酚的含量测定。

OBJECTIVE To establish the content determination method of magnolol and honokinol in Houxiangzhengqi Capsules. METHODS PR-HPLC was performed to determine magnolol and honokinol on ODS Hypersil C18 column. Using methanol-acetonitriler-water （5 ： 2 ： 4） as a mobile phase and detection wavelength at 294nm. RESULTS The linearity of this method was well（r= 1. 000）, and the average recovery was 99.95%. CONCLUSION This method is simple, quick and accurate, and available for quality control of Houxiangzheng Capsules.
