Debugging During the First Commissioning of the Heavy Oil System

燃油系统首次投运过程中,供油泵出口油压低,远远达不到其额定压力。检查设备后,发现油罐里的浮筒没有处于正常位置,通过强力拉动浮筒,使枢轴变灵活,再通过赶空气、关小PCV阀的开度,成功使得泵的出口压力正常。

When the heavy oil system is put into operation for the first time,the oil pressure of heavy oil pump outlet is far lower than the rated pressure. After examining the pump and the float, it is found that the float doesn＇t locate at its appropriate position. By pulling the float forcibly to make the pivot flexible, ejecting the air and adjusting the PCV valve open degree smaller, finally the pump outlet pressure successfully reaches its rated pressure.
