摘要
为探明甘薯植酸基因型与环境效应,精选21个甘薯品种(系),分别在5个不同生育环境条件下进行多品种多试点的植酸含量稳定性研究。结果表明,甘薯植酸量的基因型效应(G)和环境效应(L)达到极显著差异,而基因型与环境互作效应表现为显著差异。这表明需针对甘薯不同基因型特点,筛选和确定不同地区所适宜种植的品种,以实现优质品种优质生产目的。
The purpose of this study was to investigate the effects of genotypes and production locations on content of phytic acid in the storage roots of sweet potato. A multi- location trial was conducted to determine the content of phytic acid in 21 cultivars grown at 5 locations with wide ecological differences. The results from the analysis of variance indicated that locations and genotype existed highly significant effects on the content of phytic acid, hut there was significant genotype by environment interaction effect. Therefore, the plan of sweet potato production in areas favorable for change in the phytic acid was recommended. The selection of cultivars with stable performance in phytic acid was also suggested.
