尿素与3种酰胺类除草剂混用对稗草活性和水稻安全性研究 被引量:7

摘要 采用室内盆栽法,将3种酰胺类除草剂丁草胺、乙草胺、异丙甲草胺与尿素混用后,对抑制稗草的生物活性和1叶1心期水稻的安全性进行了研究。结果表明尿素与这3种酰胺类除草剂混用可显著提高除草剂的抑稗活性,混用后的共毒系数分别为146.1、116.7、132.6,其抑稗活性随除草剂剂量的增加趋于明显,混用后对1叶1心期水稻的安全性也显著提高,混用对水稻生长抑制共毒系数分别为79.1、87.5、67.2。 The effect of biological activation of barnyard- grass on security of the rice at 1.5 -leaf stage were studied when three Amides Herbicides of Butachlor, Metolachlor and Acetoehlor were combined with urea through potted experiment and analysis in laboratory in the paper, respectively. The result showed that the activity of barnyard-grass inhihition enhanced notahly when they were combined with mea. The mixtures of co- toxicity coefficient rose to 146.1,116.7 and 132.6,respectively. In addition,this effect increased with the dosage of three Amides Herbicides. Further more,urea can strengthened their security on the rice at 1.5 - leaf stage. Its activity of rice inhibition growth of the co-toxicity coefficient was 79.1,87.5 and 67.2, respectively.
