摘要
探讨了制造商选择海外分销商的标准,针对海外分销商难于管理的特点,提供了几种制造商监控海外分销商的指标,并在此基础上为如何加强对海外分销商的管理提出了建议。
Foreign distributor selection is one of the most important choices if the manufacturers try to export their products. Aothors introduced a comprehensive set of selection criteria to help manufacturers with a systematic approach to selection. By identifying two types of control mechanisms, behavior outcome and rational control, in this article some advices on the control of foreign distributors were offered.
