在促进农村经济发展,解决“三农”问题的各种方略中,农业产业化与农村城镇化是相互影响、相互作用的2个方面。农业产业化是农村城镇化的直接导因和动力,农村城镇化是农业产业化的空间载体和依托,农村城镇化与农业产业化的协调发展需要:选择一条适合我国农村现状的产业化发展道路;抓住联动的龙头企业,促进城镇的产业升级;强化城镇综合功能,建立科学合理的城镇体系;完善配套政策,消除农业产业化与农村城镇化协调发展的体制性障碍;强化农民教育,培育适应农业产业化和农村城镇化的人力资本等。

With the development of rural economy and in order to solve “Three Agriculture” problems, agricuhure industrialization and rural areas urbanization are the two sides of mutual influence and mutual function. Agriculture industrialization is the cause and impetus of rural areas urbanization, while rural areas urbanization is the space- carrier and support of agriculture industrialization. The coordinated development of rural areas urbanization and agricuhure industrialization needs us to select a development path of industrialization suitable for the present status in the rural areas of China, to get hoht of the linkage bibcock corporation in order to promote industries of towns , to strengthen the comprehensive function of towns in order to establish a scientific and rational urban systems; to perfect matched policy so as to get rid of the system barriers in the coordinated development of rural areas urbanization and agriculture industrialization; to enforce the farmers＇ education so as to culture human resource capitals to adapt to rural areas urbanization and agricuhure industrialization.
