摘要
随着酒店业之间的竞争日益激烈,服务也就越来越成为扩大销售、争夺市场、提高效益的重要手段。在酒店业的经营过程中经常会遇到排队现象,如何有效解决排队问题,缩短客人的等候时间,提高服务效率和客人的满意度,就成为酒店业急需解决的问题。
with the ever-growing competition in hotel industry, service becomes more important for expanding sales, possessing markets and increasing profits.To solve the problem to reduce customers' waiting time and improve service efficiency and satisfaction is the urgent problem of hotel industry.
