摘要
从理论的角度论述在工业经济向知识经济日益过渡的时期,我国企业人力资源管理面临的挑战,提出要顺应知识经济时代要求,对传统的人力资源管理模式、职能、角色及组织结构做必要的变革。
From the point of view of theory, this paper dissertates challenges and changes of Chinese enterprises are facing in the interim from industry economy to knowledge economy. And the author brings forward Chinese enterprises'needs to change the traditional model, function, role and structures of human resource management to fit the requirement of the times.
