On the Content and Formation of Intercultural Communication Competence

跨文化交际是指在具有不同社会文化背景的人们之间进行的交际。外语教学的目的则是培养具有跨文化交际的能力的人才。跨文化的交际能力包括认知、情感、行为等多方面的适应能力,即应当具备”言语的得体意识”。本文主要从语法、社会语言、语篇和策略等四个方面论证了跨文化的交际能力的内涵及构成,并讨论了它们之间的相互关系。

Crosscultural communication means the communication among people from different cultural backgrounds. The purpose of foreign language teaching is to raise students, intercultural communication competence. This paper probes into the content and formation of cross- culture communicative competence from grammar, socio-linguistics, discourse and strategy and discusses the correlations among them.
