摘要
本文建立了高校教师的教学行为选择模型,对教师的教学行为选择进行了分析,总结出教师教学行为选择的特点,提出完善教师激励机制、防止教师教学过程中逆向选择的关键在于减少信息反馈损失、提高业绩收入的比例和防止其他工作的挤出效应。
The paper establishes choice model of teaching behavior, analyzes teacher's choice in teaching conduct and makes a summary of its traits, presents keys to establishing teacher inspiring system and to prevent teacher from converse choice during teaching lies in reducing loss of feedback information, increasing outstanding achievement income proportion and avoiding extrusion from other work.
