摘要
素质、能力和知识结构对人才的培养具有重要的影响作用,文章通过分析经管类应用人才培养的基本要求,提出了经管类应用型人才素质、能力和知识结构的“土”字型的理论模型并探讨了实现手段。
The combination of quality, ability and knowledge structure contributes greatly to talent - training. By analyzing the basic requirements of training application - oriented talents of economics and management, the paper put forward the pyramid - like theoretical model of the three aspects and discussed varied means to realize it.
